Normally do, at least on the bags any way only until my last few fights did I manage to get my stance the same as in the gym when competing (ended up flooring a kid with the first punch...) always used my legs loads... I've developed blody 'snapping hip' because of using my thighs so much
I agree, I was a bit too upright in those pictures. its funny how little things can effect your power quiet a bit.
