He is way better off the ropes, he doesn't get sloppy defensively, and he maintains his sharpness. No one thought Castillo would either yet he gave Mayweather two very hard fights and Cotto hits harder than Castillo and is better fighter.
That is true but castillo plowed ahead and did not give mayweather any breathing room. Cotto is a little more methodical in his ring stalking...floyd is good at slipping out of small gaps..i dont see how anyone could smother him as much as castillo did. But good point.
