After coming in at a career high of 261 lbs., two-time heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman (41-6-2, 33 KOs) took nine rounds to get untracked en route to a ten round unanimous decision over Taurus Sykes (25-3-1, 7 KOs) on Thursday night at the Main Street Armory in Rochester, New York. A seemingly close fight was broken open in round nine when Sykes was deducted a point for a low blow and then was floored by "The Rock" at the end of the round.
