That's not so bad really. When I read the title I thought he was calling Cotto out, but he's just saying that he wants to get to the level again where he is at the top. I don't think it's harmful.

I'll admit I don't like Malignaggi but I respect him because he looked very good against Cherry and if he can climb the rankings after an absolute beatdown like that then more power to him. I'm not going to root for him by any means, but it wouldn't have been hard to just run his mouth to get back to the top like Judah did, but he is working for it. Good for him.
