This could be a pretty decent fight. I wasn't that impressed with Malignagi against Cherry, Cherry just sat there and covered up too much, whenever he would really open up Malignaggi didn't really look comfortable. And N'dou's a better fighter than Cherry, he'll at least throw more punches.

I'm pretty sure it will be a decision, Malignaggi definitely isn't stopping N'dou. I guess I'll go with the upset, with a decision for N'dou, although he might not get a decision in a close fight.
