doo toe & heel lifts b4 u run and every day ...like sand up on your tippy toes ..then back on your heels & lift your front part of your foot and go back and forth ...also make sure your knees are bent whne u run ,and run softly ...obviously u must be running and being hard on your ankles but if u leave all your joints loose and jog softly ,tahts how people like B-hop run to stay in shape but not ruin there joints
