Back to the topic IF Hatton beats Castillo..........
(which as long as JLC comes in to fight, Hatton loses)

Hatton should go after Malignaggi, he is the most featured on HBO fighter at 140.

All these excuses for Hatton are getting old.
"It's a bad style for Hatton" "The guy was a southpaw"
    "The guy was to slick"

dude, ffs he's a pro boxer, what seperates the elite from the pack in pro boxing?
The ability to overcome adversity (or be able to handpick all your opponents)

killersheep i no what ur sayin there have been excuses and in his last two fights hes been under par i no that after the castillo fight all those doubts will be answered. as for hatton over comin adversity hes past the test and hes still 42 and 0. every great fighter can never look good in every fight. its just findin that way 2 win and its how good u adapt. peace

Wouldnt you say he was doing that in picking up wins against opponants he by his own admission isnt great against? If his opponants are that carefully hand picked there would be no southpaws, correct?

For what its worth I agree. He has exactly what he wants in front of him now, time to shine. If he labours no excuses.

Agreed with Memphis im no Hatton fan but Hatton has took risks fighting southpaws when its well known he has badly struggled with southpaws and moving up from his natural weight to fight good southpaw like Collazo was a risk i admire Hatton for trying to get big fights.

Now that you two have kissed and made up we can move on without all the bitching.

    No more polls either.

Realistically I think Hatton should fight Witter or Malinaggi after Castillo. Def. stay at 140 as long as he can. Some BIG names will come up to 140 before long if Hatton stays and dominates. Major fights that Ricky can win. I am excited for Ricky as long as he stay at junior welter.

I love the way the same people who criticise Hatton for recent performances are the same people who gave Judah a chance at beating Cotto and believe Antonio Margarito is the best out there. You people sure are funny.
