Cotto may be the best body puncher in the sport right now.
But neither he nor Hatton have one-punch KO power.
I'd put either Sam Peter or Wlad above them on this type of list. I think it comes down to either Pacquiao or Peter.

Pac used to be a 1-punch knock out artist but not anymore.
He's just now a vicious finisher everytime he rocks his opponent.
This always amusess me p for p its a heavyweight always will be because of the pscyhcodinamics. The guy punching if with the thought process hes going to get hit harder in return isnt as committed to his action hence.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

I voted Pavlik, cause before his fight with Miranda, I'd have probably gone for Miranda. I think the middleweights will turn up more and more in these polls, cause they tend to be populated with some guys who are fairly short but are really strong. It's where the balance between muscularity over height and reach is at it's peak ratio, if you know what I mean.
The relative power of the heavyweights will tend to rule them out for the most part, but super-punchers like Tyson will always emerge once in a generation.

I voted for Edison Miranda. The guy is one of the scariest punches I have ever seen. Props to Pavlik for taking it. I can't believe Abraham continued to take it after he broke his frickin jaw.
don't understand that too well, care to explain more basically ?Originally Posted by Scrap
