McCall has never been busted up to my knowledge...his face always looks like he had headgear on. Sam's eye swelled up real bad, you can see waves in the mouse under his eye in slow motion when McCall lands a jab on it. McCall looks like he just sparred a few rounds, and he doesnt look in bad shape either, curious to see who he'll fight next.
