both are smart, both are boxers, both are technical, except I see JMM as a more natural counter puncher, MAB does this also but it isn't his only way of fighting. So it comes down to who has the better game plan, who can adapt.

Marquez easy win,Barerra will try to slug it out for a few rounds realizing Marquez is the sound technical boxer,and get very frustrated and will grow tired of getting tagged left and right,MAB will lose this fight can't see why in the world he is favored,maybe the step up in weight is throwing people off,but MAB is a shot fighter and needs someone who is like him (not a mover) to make a good fight Marquez will do it when HE wants to,expect Marquez to attack later in the fight and just school Barerra who really can't box and is a human punching bag go with the TALENT and TRUE experience... Marquez not the "fan favorite" any REAL fight Barerra has been in he's been beaten badly.. please don't say Morlales as they are made for each other and have produced epic fights because they both LACK technical sound experience and resort to slugging it out rather than pure boxing skills,it's why Barerra is favored,seems most forget every BOXER has floored and destroyed HIM! Easy win for Marquez as Barerra gets frustrated after 4 or so rounds and realizes he's not in with Morales or a weak puncher! Great Jabbing... nice defense and counter punching is key in boxing.. and Marquez has all 3 Take Marquez +130

I think the fight was BS!! There was a 3 point swing with the KD being reversed!!!! JMM was knocked down and Berrera was robbed of it. To add insult to injury he lost a point for the hitting while he was down thing. The ref misses a pure knock down and the jumps on Barrera for the hit. He saw one punch but not the other. Shouldn't someone have stepped up and corrected the Ref? The Knockdown would have changed the outcome.

I didn't see Marquez beating Barrera so bad i see Marquez hitting the deck from a right hand and imo was lucky that wasn't called a knockdown oh and by the way i had Barrera ahead by 1 round.

Barrera might have been ahead on your card but not on mine or the judges cards either there stud. Marquez is close to both Barrera and Morales age wise and has been in the game abought the same amount of time as these other champions who whould never give him a chance at them and now we no why!
It would have been riskey for either of the two to even take that chance and they never did either of the two big champions. But I do give Barrera the respect he has coming to him for finealley giving at least one of them meaning Marquez his shot before he called it!
Both Morrales and Barrera new either of them could get beat and stayed away from Marquez because they knew it was a danger to either of their carriers at that time. I can't say I wouldent have done the same at that time ok so no Im not padding anything. I am a big Barrera and Morrales fan that comes from my heart bud.
I just always saw Marquez as the better fighter at that weight division straight out. At that time Marquez just couldnt get a chance, and quess what we all no he didnt! Never mattered anyhow when he did fight Barrera he beat Barrera! When he fought PackMan the PacMan didnt want no rematch either. I mean the $$$ was there! JM Marquez is a bad man and can fight at his weight division. Im sure they will go at it again and Marquez will smoke either of the two or three anyhow the next time around!!!
