Cotto will have problems with Floyd's speed because Floyd knows how to use his speed.

Zab has speed, but he doesn't use it to move and avoid punches. He stands flat-footed and he uses his hand speed to throw fast counter shots (which he landed on Cotto, when he threw them). But he doesn't use his foot speed, and that makes him easy to hit.

Cotto won't find Floyd easy to hit. I think he'll be chasing around a fighter he can't catch, and he'll get hit with a lot of shots while he's chasing. It'll be a frustrating 12 rounds for Cotto and Floyd will walk away with a decision victory.
