i have just signed up to bet fair to put a bet on ricky hatton winning, but does anyone know how this site works? on my place bets bit it lets me change the odds of ricky hatton winning why? obviously im going to put the odds in my favour to win more money

Does it change the vig when you change the odds?

oh. haha i aint got a clue with betting, i think i figured it out though its a betting market or something where i put that bet on until it is accepted by someone else on betfair

Oh..............weird, seriously you should understand the vig before talking to any bookies in the future though.

think i sorted it now, just put £25 on hatton at betfair with a potential return of £40 summat pence and i get a free £25 matched credit for being a new user,
then i went to paddy power and put £10 on castillo with a potential return of summat like £30 and i got a free £10 bet so i put it on hatton on paddy power so the least i will be getting back is £30 and a £25 bet and the most i will get back is £45 and a free £25 bet.
