Not sure what point Tommy thought he proved with that fight. If he is trying to say boxing is superior to MMA when the fight was just a boxing match in a cage with 4 oz. gloves then he didn't prove anything. I'm not even tyring to get into an MMA vs. Boxing debate. But thats like a total Jiu Jitsu competitor beating a boxer in a submission only fight. It proves nothing at all. If Tommy really wanted to prove he was better then MMA fighters then fight at least under Kickboxing rules if not full blown MMA rules. But by it being a punching only fight it means absolutely nothing and I'm glad that this doesn't count as an official boxing or MMA fight.
