Cotto still can't beat Mayweather.

Miguel Cotto has as good of a chance as anyone else out there...

1- he goes to the body
2 - he'll hurt you no matter where he hits you
3 - he takes a good punch
4 - he may not be lightening fast but he cuts off the ring well enough
5 - he has a very good jab he never stops using

He's got as good of a chance as anyone else

I agree with you that Cotto has as good a shot as anyone else, maybe even the best shot.
I just don't think anyone at 147 will beat Mayweather until a couple years down the road when he starts to lose some of his speed.
