anyone whos fought or sparred KNOWS that when u get nailed to the liver you are FROZEN/PARALYZED. ur body is basically forced to get in a wierd asss position that makes you look like your taking a HUGE DUMP while being super constipated lol! it sounds funny but thats the utter TRUTH!

yeah bro it only takes once to get hit clean on the liver in a fight/sparring to know u must protect that area as much as your chin.
