While Max was get lathered up again over the heavier and (for now) retired pbf he disregarded a guy in Hatton's weight class that won the previous week on hbo, Paullie Malinaggi...no mention, which is more than sloppy since these questions are usually scripted to a degree.

I'm guessing the reason the question was about PBF as opposed to Malignaggi is that Hatton has stated roughly a million times that he wants a big fight against someone like Floyd or Oscar.

If Hatton had been campaigning for a fight with Paulie Malignaggi, then that would have been an interesting question. But he's not.

The interview was fine.

There was no interview; so if it was already stated that Hatton wants pbf, Max knew his answer. Nothing was learned and it was a waste of time...but if you enjoyed it more power to you.
