From Hattons appearence, physique and conditioning last saturday im actually more inclined to believe that he could comfortably compete at 147. His body mass had increased dramatically since the Urango fight but he was not carrying as much in the arms as i thought he would so i believe he can pack on a little more muscle for an increase in power.
Hatton at 147 is an entirely different fighter and would undoubtedly prepare using different tactics and style even.
Barry McGuigan constantly mentione SSM and Cotto last saturday night. Should Hatton move up effectively these are two fights which are winnable and could cement the Hitman's status forever.
And once Again, please don't thin im taking a negative view of Cotto or Sugar Shane. I actually love both fighters, i jus feel Cotto is a little slow for Hatton and that Sugar Shane has run out of his second wind as a fighter after Collazo. (Which upsets me because I worship Shane.)

But anyways, first and foremost Hatton needs a test at welter to get used to the heat up there.
