Chris Byrd has slowed both of hand and foot, and he hasn't gotten much technically better. Byrd has underrated power whn he puts something on it, but he will be too focused his defense to really set anything up. Wladimir will be throwing punches and Chris will only have time to try and blcok/alip them.

Wladimir KO7
Peter is not the most tactical fighter out there. He comes in to KO somebody and thats it. Technically he is not that great either, so it wasnt like Wlad had a lot to worry about besides Peters power shots. Wlad was able to stay on the outside and box, then tie Peter up when he got on the inside. That protected him, although he did show better stamina by going the distance. And if Byrd will only have time to block or slip Wlad punches then Wlad will be gassed by the 5th round from throwing all of those punches. The key for Wlad is to keep a pace that wont tire himself out to fast.
You're right, Peter isn't.

That wasn't my point however.

My point is that Wlad has proven himself again in the big fight enviornment with a guy who could punch.

Wlad didn't have much to worry about when he stayed on the outside, so what makes you think Chris Byrd would be any different?

You are exactly right on Wlad keeping the pace, this will be key for him in this fight.
