Default Fighting 2 days after a fight

I was checking out upcoming fights and I noticed journeyman Maximo Cuevas is fighting Nick Acevedo from the contender on ESPN wednesday, then fighting Victor Ortiz on Telefutura on Friday. Is that possible?

It most likely is an error on boxrec's end. I've seen on many occasions where a fight is cancelled, but they forget to take it down.

In those days it wasn't uncommon for a guy to fight up to 20 times a year!
Henry Armstrong for example in his prime year of 1937 fought 25 times... and won them all!!!
In August and September of that year he fought after 3 days and 5 days break. Amazing!

Yeah I saw the same thing on ESPN's sight. Probably a mistake, but it would depend on how he goes against Acevedo. If he's stopped he won't be allowed to fight!
