With Mayweather fast ripping jab to body and head and his fast combinations and footwork theirs only one outcome for me thats a Mayweather victory i think Hatton will get stopped on cuts Kostya and Castillo were a real big step up but Mayweather is'nt a step he's more like a mountain up for Hatton can't see him beating Mayweather.

Sure he does. Aggression can't help you if you have no defense and compared to the type of boxing skill he will be facing, Hatton more or less has none. He is gonna get peppered all night long. If Delahoya could not walk through Floyd's combinations at 154, no way can Hatton do it at 147. He is going to get done up just like Gatti except it will take longer. Probably he will be punished for the duration because it sounds like he got Mayweather angry. Hatton should stick with fighters that will fight him his way, like Cotto or someone who will stand in front of him. He is totally throwing away his undefeated record on this one because I dont see really any way for him to win this fight, barring some kind of injury and I doubt FM is dumb enough to go through with the fight if he has one. Hatton will have to chase him and going backward, Mayweather can continuously get off and deliver accurate counter punches. Mayweather by totally lopsided decision, but Hatton gains mad respect for heart and valiant effort in defeat.
I said this after hatton beat KT and floyd beat gatti and everyone started wondering about the two of them fighting...

i think i replied "It would look just like mayweather-gatti except hatton is stronger so he'll take more punishment"
Uhh Hatton is alot better than Gatti i've said this a number of times Gatti is not in Hattons class.

In terms of skill yes Mayweather has tons more but sometimes bit of old fashion heart grit and right style can overcome skill probably not in this case but you never know miracles do happen in boxing got to keep the faith

The question really isn't who do you like better . Its who do you think will win. Looking at the styles you would have to say that Hatton has the style to give PPF problems. Lets face it ,nobody is going to outbox PPF. You need to get inside and get rough like Ricky does. That of coarse is easier said than done. PPF uses his legs really good. Ricky would need to cut the ring off and attack on the inside. I see this as a much closer fight than most think here.

I think Cotto would give Ricky more problems than PPF just because of his relentless attacks and no breaks in between.

floyd wont put a dent in hatton. he doesnt pack enough of a punch to stop hatton when ricky is on a red mist rampage which he will undoubtably be against floyd. floyd will do well to keep away from ricky for 12 rounds but i think hatton beats him.

Floyd does pack a punch. To think otherwise is silly. I do think Hatton has a chance though.

I want to see Hatton take on Cotto now though.

    An understatement.

It depends on how he chooses to fight.

OK first off alonzo butler is a really good friend of mine..of course i support him 100%..........and as far as the oscar fight..come on you have to beat the champ..you have to fight the champ and take the belt...if oscar was not putting pressure on mayweather there would not even been a fight . and i dont think he should have had to do that. but oscar wanted to give the fans there $$$$ worth!
