Non smart alecky awnser,in all honesty,getting solid funding for a gym is highly difficult,even well known fighters like Ann Wolfe,Larry Holmes,and Joe Frazier are tight keeping their gyms afloat,so alot of good trainers are just using their homes for their training facilities
