Default Rate 2007 as a boxing year.

The main fight of the year was ODLH v PBF.
Been some good fights like cotto and zab.
    Winky and Bhop to come.

yea its been alright so far , Hatton vs Castillo and Pavlik vs MIranda were good too.

If we get Hatton PBF and Calzaghe Kessler then this will be an AMAZING year to say the least.

Definitely a good year with more good fights to come. If we have Cotto vs Margarito/Williams and FMJ vs Hatton around November it would be that much better.

i'm starting to think of 2007 as a transitional year, I think a lot of the older p4p guys will be out
of the game by mid 2008 and some of the under 25 crowd will start bring more excitement and
grabbing titles. There have been some great fights already and I expect more to come.
And it does seem like some of the weight divisions may be starting to unify
    so out of a 10, so far I give it a 7.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

    It really has been great.

    Marquez - Barrera
    Miranda - Pavlik
    Cotto - Judah
    ODH - PBF
    and more

    Plus future fights like
    B-Hop - Wright
    Margarito - Williams
    Winner vs Cotto

    Possible fights like
    Kessler - Calzagea
    PACMAN - Marquez/Barrera
    Hatton - Maywether

    Great year

It's going to be best year, and have most significant fights in a long time. I don't think it will have any one fight that compares to Corrales-Castillo I, but in overall it will have, and has already had a lot of great fights.

I started reading this thread and good show....  I totally agree!!!  A 7 it is

I think there were a few redic fights like Manfredo Calzaghe and ...  Well...  Taylor in general!  He is lack luster and I don't care what people say...  He is the Lewis of the middles...  Wins with no perfomence... I take that back... Wins BORINGLY and with no flare!

Thats a bit harsh on Lewis. Atleast he sparked lackluster opponents like Botha.

This year has been fantastic so far and it looks like there's still plenty left.
Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!
