Look Roy Jones was, is and should always be remembered as an ATG middle, supermiddle and light heavy.
Sure Roy was a p4p great but why compare him to heavyweights all the time just because he was pretty much superior to everyone his own size!

Lennox would have stopped Jones in 4 or 5
Lennox was great.. But the way you match up theyr performances is like well they all get ko'd so ruiz is worse then roy ruiz lasts 3 and roy lasts 6..

Thats pretty one tracked ..Roy lasts the distance and ruiz gets stopped mid to late..
Roy is better defensively than Ruiz that is why I say Roy could go 4 or 5 just on his movement, but a big man like Lennox coming forward on Roy is going to wear Roy out and a right hand will eventually land after Lennox gets close and starts to put pressure on Roy. I think 4 or 5 is actually giving Roy a little bit of credit. Lennox can punch. As for Ruiz, Ruiz did well against lighter punching guys. That is usually who he fought so he could slip by with clinching and handle a few punches when they landed, but against hard punchers he would have failed. . Against Lennox, Ruiz would get hit. Not like the Tua fight where Ruiz was caught cold. but he would be battered and stopped in 2 or 3 in my opinion. The clinching would not work if a right hand is coming over the top, and Lennox would be landing at will.
