About 5 years ago on Xmas day, we had the whole family round, and my nephew was about 10, but he was very good at karate, I think he was trying for his brown belt or summat. Anyway, he thought it would be really funny to jump out and punch me. Kids and their games eh. Anyway, he delivered a punch right to my sternum, and it winded me really bad, and I spent most of the day playing injured, and my sister kept bringing me drinks.

Anyhow, message is that even little kids can punch hard.
