Let's be honest here, this isn't exactly how it went down.

Roy said he'd fight Tyson or Lewis, if he was paid $100 million for the fight. This is the oldest trick in the book, it's called "intentionally pricing yourself out of a fight."

Now I don't blame Roy at all for not wanting to fight Lennox, but let's not make it seem like Lewis is the one who backed down.
And a fight that Tyson said he would have taken if Roy hadn't lost to Tarver. Let's face it, Tyson would have taken that fight. I'm not saying Lennox backed down, he was going to retire anyway but I see your point.

Either way the Lewis fight wasn't happening. Tyson would have taken it he really needed the money. But as far as Sanders, there's no excuse.
So if Tyson wanted the fight, tell me which promoter would've agreed to pay Roy his 100 million dollars.
