It should be shoulder to shoulder, with Katsidis being the bigger man but I'm not so sure the bigger man wins out here. Diaz is absolutely relentless, well paced, and now that Castillo has moved up, fights better on the inside then anyone in the division right now.

Katsidis makes for the interesting prospect of Diaz being pushed backwards for the first time since we've seen him, but I still see Diaz as the better here. I can not wait for this one as a big fan of Juan, and while I've only seen the Earl fight on Youtube, I like Katsidis too.

Love that this is being made, not only does it unify two titles, but there is no way there is a dull moment in this one.
I'm amazed how much credit you are giving him. He's just taylor made to get taken apart by Diaz. I'd still fancy former 120 lber Guzman to step up in weight and beat him.

He's all offense but he has no defense at all.

If they fight Diaz will kill him.
Guzman would have tore him apart no doubt in my mind. That's not to much of a knock though as I think Guzman can take anyone in 129 to 135. He's a special talent who hasn't had his showcase yet.

As for Katsidis. I mean I'm trying not to be so harsh on the guy especially since I like his style. I'm not going to say he's not talented because he obviously is, he picked apart Earl with the exception of pretty much one punch and he did it beautifully with speed and power. Punch placement was also nice there, so he has talent.

But Diaz is better then him right now and that's pretty much what I said in the post. Plus I'm a sucker for anyone named Rocky.
