#484 Hulk. Had to agree with this one. Simms is underrated and is a quality world champ. Him and Spinks should look at a unification fight. I doubt Mayweather would fight in this division again.

I don't think the lower weights get much credit either. Eagle Kyowa probably deserves a little more credit at Minimum. But maybe his lack of effort to unify and lack of competition is what holds him back. It's a shame Calderon is stepping up really.
CC back. Most people, me included do not pay much attention to the really small weights, you below 118 and I don't know shat about the fighters or care really, too small for me, and seems like the titles change hands constantly.
I know, but Eagle does a job. It's not that far for him to move upto Fly and try and get a fight with Pongsaklek since he won't leave Asia. He should go try and dethrone him.

I also forgot to mention Caballero at Super-Bantam. Ponce De Leon and Marquez get all the credit there...
