There's only one boxer who is a "mega-star" in the US and that's Oscar. So any fight with him is going to blow any other fight away in terms of PPV numbers.

Floyd is not a huge drawing card, but he is a bigger PPV draw in the US than Mosley, Cotto, or any other fighter at 140 or 147. So if Hatton wants to fight someone other than Oscar, than Floyd would bring the biggest PPV figures and therefore the most money.

Cotto is a big draw in New York, because there's an enormous Puerto Rican population there, but he's not a nationwide PPV draw yet, as is evidenced by the mediocre numbers that Cotto-Judah pulled in.
Floyd-Judah and FLoyd-Baldomir both got more PPV buys than Cotto-Judah, and Floyd is more well-known now than he was then.
Thanks for the info although I disagree on one point,I think Cotto-Judah did very well. Why? Cotto's age. He's still young, that his was his first fight against someone more "mainstream". If he keeps winning,I think he'll be huge! I think(not totally sure) that he is doing better numbers than Floyd did at that age.

Does Floyd really get more viewers than Shane? Thats a surprise. Do you think Floyd Hatton would do well, numbers wise?
