No shat, Lewis is a intelligent boxer. He would never for for the Rope a Dope. To be honest, If that fight happened today(Foreman) It would be stopped with Ali getting hammered in the corner by big George. Ali was a great fighter but not the greatest.
yeah i recon if the Ali - Foreman fight happened in the USA and in a ring without the lose ropes Foreman would have won, i think it was a shame he never took the rematch, Lewis would have given Ali all sorts of trouble, Norton arguably beat Ali 3 times, if he'd got the decisions not many would have argued because the fights were that close! Fraizer gave him hell the 3 times they fought! so why does everyone seem to think Ali was untouchable and it would have been impossable 4 Lewis to beat him!
Because Foreman and Frazier would of beaten Lewis too IMO.
yeah i think Foreman would have definitly beaten him, I'd fancy Lewis against Fraizer though.
Lewis - Norton would have be an intresting one though
