I don't think Cotto will ever present the same problems to Floyd that Mosley's speed does.
PBF toughest fight was against JLC the first time,possibly one of his slowest opponents(Judah,Oscar,Corrales were all faster,handspeed wise). There are other ways of beating speed without having to match it.
