I worked at McDonalds as an undergrad student and let me tell you it is a sucky, sucky place to work.

I'd totally agree with your answers but the fact that they want you to say you're going to bug the crap out of your workmates is really all the explanation needed as to why it's such a s**t place to work.

You'll be better off elsewhere - somewhere they appreciate the idea of being hospitable to each other.

Sure there are probably worse jobs around but I wouldn't take their rejection as a sign you can't do better than that.
