Puerto Rico is the undoubted P4P Champ when it comes to Boxing Champions. Under 4 million people and so many great fighters!

In my (worthless) opinion, only Panama comes close to PR in terms of great boxers by populations. They currently have around 3.5 mil but have given us Pedroza, Lujan, Frazier, Vasquez, Laguna, Panama Al Brown, Rios, Marcel and some chap named Duran. All the named are current or former champs of high standard, most since the 70's...

As American athletes continue to drift towards the safety of their 3 team sports we'll see more Latin American, ex-Soviet and Asian countries making their mark. Each World Champ from a country provides the spark for the next generation of hungry kids with something to prove.
