I agree. There are enough longtime Jones fans who will order his fights no matter what. This fight is not going to do well PPV-wise, but it won't be one of the worst ever either. For example, Cotto-Malignaggi did 60,000 buys last year, I bet Jones' fight beats that one by a decent margin.

What's funny about this is a month ago or so Hanshaw was on Sho:Box Next Gen. now all of a sudden hes fighting on PPV against RJJ. Talk about robbing people, I mean save your money with that money go out by some beer and chips and enjoy the FREE fights on HBO.
I can respect the Jones fans who will watch him instead of the free HBO card. I'll be doing the same thing for Erik Morales next month. The Morales PPV is on the same night as the free Marquez-Vasquez rematch, and the free fight will be a much better fight than the PPV, but I'll be paying the $50 and watching the PPV out of loyalty to a fighter who's given me a lot of great fights over the years.
