Yep it was a pity. Seen plenty of him around the domestic scene recently and had hoped he might have been able to make the step up but Kirakosayan was far too good (again!). Seemed to have the last KO is his head from the start and was trying to get through the first few rounds rather than come forward - his lack of head movement cost him badly.
Pretty honest interview from Frank Maloney at the end too - Carl's level may be a good domestic. Better pray that Kirakosayan retires soon if he's going to have a chance at the European title.
