Ohhhh baby water. I will tell yeah 1-hit wonder is right... if youre familiar with the different strokes (good tv show by the way) you can get an excellent workout. I havent tried running in the pool yet as Scrap recommends but sounds like a killer workout. Butterfly was my favorite stroke, and if you can get the form down, the kicks are great for the stomach and it really stretches out the shoulders. Another thing our coach made us to way back in high school to strengthen the legs was tread water holding one of those large water jug partially filled above our heads. Man I hated that.
