....I think speaking English is good for American citizens, I mean it wasn't tele-F******-mundo interviewing him......I F****** HATE people who won't speak English and are American citizens or hell even visiting the country.

I went out of the country and tried my best to understand foreign languages and use them and so on, it's just a matter of respect.


And before anyone asks YES you can respect where you are while remembering where you are from, it's the way it's supposed to be

You see Lyle Americans Travel around the world and most of them complain why people doesn't know english at foreign contries. Can you believe that crap. So basically I'm saying that while people try to learn english americans never try to learn another language. take me for and example my everyday is in spanish but I manage to learn english I get mad when and american come visit Puerto Rico he complains that some people doesn't talk english and when I told the guy "Hey you are in Puerto Rico why you should try to talk spanish" he got mad.

I am not one of those Americans that goes and insults anyone else's culture (I know it's hard to believe but it's true) I try to learn about different cultures and different people and respect them in hopes that people will come to America and respect our culture.

I know a bunch of spanish, I learned some french while I was in Europe but it's different there as if I am not mistake most Europeans learn English in school but I still tried to use as much french as possible.


....can you believe we have people coming to America illegally and going to schools that tax payers pay for and they (the illegal immigrants) PROTEST (via hunger strike) to #1 strongarm congress into signing the Immigration Amnesty bill and HAD THAT BILL PASSED, these bastards who are here ILLEGALLY! would not have had to pay out of state tuition and would have probably been given minority status meaning they would have been given spaces in the colleges over regular citizens.

IMO that is a huge show of disrespect to America and it's citizens

I am nearly 50 years old and all my life the USA has had a illegal immigration problem. The exploitation was never an issue until children of illegal immigrants decided to go onto college. So the real issue is that neither people like you, like your fathers or like your grandfathers had the foresight or cerebral capacity to fix what is now an out of control situation. Now you wanna have a forum to speak ? As far as not paying taxes what do you call the 28% taken federally and 8% taken by state from payroll from those using false SS#'s ? That is 100% intake with no direct payback? In addition there is the tax paid on general consumer spending. What kinda moron would turn away that kinda money? That is why the Bill flopped !!!

Reduce the number illegal immigrants significantly and what we have is a reduction in government personnel and reduced departmental budgets. If you have ever worked for the gov't you would know you have to use or lose the budget. These are the points that are our politicians never tell us... And securing the borders is not securing the borders along Mexico alone. And as far as tuition most of those on campus' in the states are by products of their illegal immigrant parents but US citizens. Sounds like paranoia on your behalf that the color of the USA is changing and that the actual numbers do display a new voting power.

Then you go onto say how NAFTA was a mistake .......... For who ? For Mexico ? Canada excelled at getting their products in Mexican consumers hands as did the USA - You need to go to Santa Fe in Mexico City and you will see corporate office for every top 1000 USA company. What the US failed was to deter Mexico from opening similar agreements with Europe .. specifically France and Germany. This was caused by the USA's reluctance to truly open it's borders. Mexican Truckers are not allowed on US roads because they would have you believe that Mexican trucks are old, unsafe, and smog generating. Actually most are new Volvo and Mercedes trucks. Well of course we all know US union drivers would never be able to compete with low waged Mexican drivers they would become extinct. Then major US companies set up manufacturing plants "maquiladores" in Mexico where they could pay less and not have to adhere to EPA guidelines polluting Mexican rivers and streams. Well that marriage has ceased for the new gal on the block "China". I have yet to hear the lack of jobs that this creates for the American economy and the direct impact it has on Latin American scale of economies. And how it stirs an increase in illegal immigration.

Then you have the rebuilding of New Orleans and the need for cement. Well the USA decided to charge Mexican Global power CEMEX exceedingly higher tarriffs. So the US makes it hard for the Mexicans to even keep their domestic jobs. Antics like these are why Mexican politicians allow us US tax payers to fix its own drug and illegal immigration problems. This is the good ol neighborly love we display as our government continues to lie to us.

Sometime, somewhere we as US citizens have to be accountable for our own fate rather than blaming. Maybe if the Gov't had stepped in and regulated the bogus housing market we would all have a better quality of life. Now most families are dual income families and this has created a need for Nannies and a fast food culture and most importantly the demise of family values. The one thing I can say is most of us are leading a lesser quality of life.
