So would Vic and his team, which is why I think it'll happen. Perfect way to re-establish Vic and help him put his loss behind him. Plus he'd own the premier title in the division and piss of Pongsaklek in the process.
Honestly I would personally rather see Naito fight Kameda, Kameda is the real deal. I wouldn't be dissapointed with Vic, but let's be real here, Naito is probably gonna fight a tomato can for his first defense.
