I agree in certain cases. I'd also like them to bring back the chair. As far as i'm concerned, if you've done something to warrent the death penalty, there is no cruel or unusual way to end your existance. Everything should be an option.

I think Jeffery Dahmer got what he deserved....he killed people and ate them and someone beat him to death with a metal pipe while he was in prison.....good enough for me.



Let's have prisoners fight to the death......at least the really bad ones, that would be a good PPV and it could go to a worthy cause like feeding the homeless or something.....restitution to victim's families or whatever

Some criminals can be reformed and some can't....I think there is a point if Vick did this stuff where he needs SEVERE psychiatric treatment as cruelty to animals is a symptom of anti-social/sociopathic behavior.

Penalties these days are not and DO NOT need to be based on REVENGE....it's hard to just accept that the punishment in some cases doesn't fit the crime but hell we're not seeing what all Vick will lose if he's found guilty in this....MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of dollars, the carefree lifestyle he used to live, the cars, the bling, the status, the shoe deals, the advertising money....considering all that AND jailtime if he's convicted.....it's a STIFF penalty IMO.

IMO Michael Vick is not a person who can be successful without football.....SURREAL LIFE HERE WE COME!

Thats all fine and good but the penalties for doing something to animals is in most cases stricter than consequences for abusing another human. That needs fixed before anything else.
