Ill mention Mosley and Mayweather. I think they both would have beat him at 147. just like, as you call him, "the mayweather of that era" Oscar de La hoya, beat Trinidad. Tito was a great fighter, but he never beat a great BOXER, except Whittaker who was badly washed up. Quartey would have also beat him at 147 for my money.

Tito would've crushed Quartey at 147, no contest. As for never having beaten a great boxer, I remember Oba Carr not only being undefeated, but being considered a very good boxer before he lost to Tito. And as usually happens, after he lost he just wasn't that good anymore. And Tito beat Reid too. Same story. Although I'm no Camacho fan, the only reason Tito didn't KO him was that Camacho got on his bicycle and barely escaped. So yeah, Tito has beaten a few good boxers in his time.
