UK makes sense to me but I know Hopkins wont stand for it.

I suppose it should be held in Vegas (if it happened) as that's where the big fights are held. But the venues are proper S*** .

I know the UK makes sense because they'll make more cash. But wouldnt it do a lot more for Joes legacy if he crossed the pond and beat BHOP?
I mean if he won a close decision in Wales, his critics would say the judges were biased, ref was biased, etc. Or is Joe all about the money and not the Legacy?
