Ok,you have a tendency to reset to a combination your comfortable with
Sit down,write out your combinations,as your doing it,try and think of what your trying to achieve with each punch.
Throw the combinations youve written down on the heavy bag
Stop tick tocking,ie 1 2,you have all the time in the world on the bag,make yourself throw 3 and 4 shotters,if you get a guy hurt in the ring,you may have to throw way more then that,better get yourself used to it.
And finally when you double up on the jab,you have no real way of knowing which one lands,so youd best make sure both of them mean buisness.Now this last ones hard,but make sure you work on it.
But as far as the intent on your punches,definitly an improvement
