You should hear some of the tales people tell in my neck of the woods. We dont have a premiership team in good o'l Bristol so people (kids and knobheads) go to all sorts of lengths to support a premiership team, my uncles mates sister once went to watch Manchester Utd................and so on and so forth

The worst are the ones that try and make it a bit less obvious and wind up supporting Villa or Everton

down to lower league teams

ppl support thier teams with ernest no matter how high in the league tables they are

We see lots of sports the way you all just see the one....the Yankees and the Red Sox might have been called tame in Green Street Hooligans but I assure you there is just as much hatred between those teams as ANYTHING you guys have.....we just don't take it as far as killing people most of the time but there sure as hell are fights between the fans and between the players.

I would love to see such rivalries between the MLS teams....the US and Mexico is a good rivalry and I think the border issue makes it even bigger
