just because joe louis beat every doesn't make it a poor era back then fighter fought 15 round no 90s fighter could have lasted that long

again u have confuse me about cooper being a strong contestant in 60 he was ko in the first round by soo many no body before and after the Ali fight. His biggest accomplish was the knock against ali but ali got up and destroy him the next round unlike lewis against rahman so rahman a grea fighter in ur book since he has the score even with lewis.
Am not goin to spend my time writing down every fighter name from other era, that would ake forever so am sayin for the last time if you don't understand simple english then am not to blame for it.

I didn't say he was one of the best from 60s i mentioned him because he was decent hw in that era and when did i say Rahman was a great fighter ?? his career is based off getting lucky punch.

The 90's was really not that bad....At times it was weak and at times it was pretty damn good.....Certainly not as bad as the mid 80's when Tyson was the only Real quality HW and the others were names like....Pinklelton Thomas ( how ever he spelled his first name)...Tillman,, Tubbs,,Tucker,,,all running the championship show.....

When you compare it to some names like....Bowe, Holyfield,, Moorer,, Mercer,,ect in the 90's .....

well if this era now is better then the era in the 90's tell why Vitial probably the best one in the bunch was beaten by a very old lewis and dont give me the cut excuse he was cut by a punch and that to me doesn't make lewis look bad at all for winning on a cut.

Viali is the older, slower and definante;y doesn't carrie the one bomb shot that klitschko has, Vitali is mre of a consitent fighter
Lennox was suppose to the best 90's fughter (minus Klitschko Brother, ike beauch, Chris byrd)
Lennox also got better with age as he alway said it himself and Lennox prepared for Vitali as if it was his last fight, Lennox was in his best shape ever
lennox wanted to retire on a high but Viali who come in the fight with back and leg injury well you might as well say Vitali came in the fight with a walking stick and beat lennox up soo badly.
That lennox look so old, past his peak, wobblling after the fight, lennox got boo out the ring, lennox also couldn't keep his promise about a rematch.
this fight reminded me when lennox was beating rahman on point until rahman landed a lucky punch.

Acutual lennox was said to have over looked Vitali and i think at 38 going on 39 it was a good idea for him to retire and the reason lennox got a rematch is because he was the champion who lost Vitali was just challanger i personal think lennox was not losing as bad as you think he was

Agreed...When you watch the fight again...Both men were tired as all hell...leaning on each other ect....Lennox did admit he overlooked Vitaly...a bad habit Lewis had with many opponents....He was a great heavyweight but that does not mean he was not cockey and arrongant.....It was that minset that cost him the loss against both Rahman and McCall.....In re-matches when Lewis came with his game face on he dominated...Hell Rahman knew at the opening bell he was in for it.....

Also Vitaly had never faced a guy like lennox who was as big and knew how to use his weight on the inside.....

klitschko may not have been 1/3 of his peak but still knocked lennox into retirement, lennox all his life has just spent time on boxing and know nothing else but klitschko has been very busy in other thing since he was former kicboxing champion, involved in politics since he was trying to become mayor and has a p.h.d. this does no even sound like one person

Vitali also retired in 2005 but I can't remember him losing his belt, So he did retire from kickboxig as the champion go research it and he beat every professional fighter, he may have lost once but this avenge his fight
