Agreed... FRIED foods before you drink.. like a half hour or so so that it's in your system and will soak up a good amount of the alcohol you're about to consume.. then water in between drinks, or if you dont drink water in between drinks just drink like at least a liter or 2 when you get back.. Gatorade also helps afterwards and the next morning cause it has sugar and stuff in it.. electrolytes and what not..Originally Posted by NotGuilty136
