there as a time when the WBC belt is the best belt, its an organisation belt and the 'best', then people will regard the IBF belt as the second the WBA in third with the WBO last, (the ring still will nto recognise the wbo as a legit belt)
but tbh mate its all down to you, like most i say the ring is the best belt, you can onyl get that belt by the number 1 trankd fighter in said wieght beats the number two ranked figher in that wight - special cercumstances the number 3 ranked fighter by the ring mag, and the ring are generally the best people to rank fighters, again no one will ever fully agree with eveyr ranking, its not possible, but they are close to it...
But like i said its up to you, once upon a time a fighter was only as good as the belt he hold, now personally i rank the worth of the belt by the fighter who holds it.
To give you just a quick breakdown, at light welterweight hatton is siad to be the bes,t he holds the ring and IBO belt, calzaghe is the best SMW and holds the WBO and ring belt, klitchko the best heavy and holds the IBO/IBF... each devisons best holds a different ABC belt, so its up to you whom you class, or how you rate them...
hope i didn't confuse you even more, i know i shouldn't post when drunk, but still:P
