My first session of boxing my trainer weighed me in at Super Middleweight (about 6 months ago). A month ago I was all the way down to Welterweight. Boxing training is awesome. I looked great for it as well. I'd always done weights but I was carrying a little bit on the sides. Boxing soon took care of that and i'm walking around in my best shape ever!Originally Posted by ds91
