And that's the thing, Williams has not commented one way or another. I've no doubts that he'd step into the ring with whatever fighter was put before him, but it is his trainer running his mouth. I hate it when trainers/promoters speak on behalf of their fighter in situations such as these. It can give a false impression of their fighter. The Williams team is miscalculating if they think they can wait out the fall fights and get a bigger money fight next year. I think that is what they are doing. Paul is going to need another impressive win to force the hand of prospective big name opponents. A win over Cintron unifying half of the division would definitely add to his profile and increase his chances of getting a bigger name to fight him.
