I tend to disagree with this statement (I know I'm in the minority) because it is a decision that could have saved a life. Most agree that Taylor was not the same after that beating, what would've happend if he had taken one more pounch is anybodies guess.

I think the ref who didn't stop the Paret - Griffith fight made a much wurst call. That one did cause a life.

The ref allways blaimed himself for not stopping it earlier,if you saw the fight as it happened,Kim was so badly hurt allmost from the get go,and was weight loss spent.Fight should have been stopped early,it ended up going to the 14th when Mancini stopped him.
