I think you just go to your local bookies and talk to the manager about it. They pop up on the news every now and again, and its always the shop manager giving quotes to the camera. If its something like son playing for england, or you living to 100 years old, they usually get a few requests for those I imagine.

I think Peter Crouch's dad put a bet on that when he was a kid, I think I remember seeing it on the box.
