If Hatton beats PBF, would he be fav against rest of WW's

If Hatton beats Mayweather he would (and should) be favored against all other welterweights. Unless the judges botch the decision real bad and give Hatton a victory he didn't deserve, but if Ricky were to clearly beat Mayweather, then he's the man.

I don't agree at all if Hatton's style works against PBF, who excels in lower output high accuracy, super efficient defense.
How does that change how Hatton would do against say Williams with an extra 10" reach advantage high output offense IS defense fighter?
